Kick on for Women Program:

An introductory football program focusing on fun, football and friendship that offers a more social and accessible version of football modified for women over 16.

Kick-On for Women is a low-impact football-based program providing physical and mental health benefits, social contentedness, alongside promotion of the benefits of engaging in team sport.

The program provides 45-minute sessions that offer a more social and accessible version of football specifically modified for women over the age of 16. Participants discover and learn the basic competencies of football in a relaxed, non-competitive setting.


 

Girls Love Football Program:

The Girls Love Football Program is a skill based introductory football program that is delivered over a 6 week period. The weekly sessions are designed to provide flexibility to the currently offered ‘traditional’ football opportunities for youth girls.

Term Program fundamentals

  • 45 minutes weekly sessions
  • Introductory program that includes the introduction of the 4 core skills, football rules, fun and small sided games
  • Available to girls aged 12 – 17 years (in two age groups, U12-U14 and U15-U17)
  • Easy registration set up on PlayFootball
  • Session plans provided
  • Groups of 12 to 30 participants
