CDSFA are planning to run an Over-50s competition for men this season but need at least one more team to register for the league to go ahead.
The league will be regular football: 11-a-side on full fields with a standard home and away season. Use our club finder to get in touch with your local club and express interest in joining or creating an over-50s team.

Studies have found that people over the age of 50 who play football have more muscle, harder bones, better cardiovascular systems, and greater jumping height/strength. As well as the social aspect of football, older players develop marked physiological, mental and social health benefits.
