The all-weather pitch at Tempe Reserve is holding a walking football gala day on Saturday 11 February.
The event is open to anyone who is interested in participating and will cost $30 per player ($20 for pensioners).
Starting at 9am, teams will play a round-robin tournament with matches spaced out across the day. There will also be a “Come and Try” game at lunchtime so friends and spectators can try out walking football.
You can register as an individual and be put into a team, or you can register with your friends as a team. Teams can have four players on the pitch, with no goalkeeper.
